Refund Policy
Appointment Cancellation

A full refund can be offered provided the client contacts and cancels the appointment with a minimum of 48 hours prior to the agreed upon start time of the appointment. If the client does not cancel the appointment with at least 48 hours notice, a refund can not be given.

Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital goods/services, we do not offer refunds once the product/service has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, unless there is a clear technical issue or error on our part. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase if you encounter a problem.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at inquiries@samhowardheadshots.co.uk with your order number or details matching those that you booked under, a brief description of the issue, and any relevant evidence. We will respond within 2-3 business days.
